Hi, I’m Christy B — designer, renovation strategist, and founder of Christy B Design, a Los Angeles-based interior design studio specializing in thoughtful home transformations.

While other kids were dreaming about their wedding day, I was sketching home designs and collecting floor plans from my mother’s Better Homes & Gardens magazines. That early obsession led me to study Theatre Arts and the History of Art & Architecture at the University of Pittsburgh, where I learned how the visual, material, and spatial elements of an environment shape our actions, emotions, and connections in ways I never imagined.

Through years of experience across the design-build spectrum, from home builders and cabinetry studios to custom furnishing showrooms, I discovered that the combination of artistry and organization at my core is perfectly suited to the custom home design process. Today, my team and I bring structure and beauty to every remodel, blending creativity with strategy so you can focus on the excitement of creating a home that truly reflects you.

With a background in space planning, project management, and hands-on renovation experience, I bridge the gap between homeowners and builders to make even the most complex projects flow smoothly. I’ve led renovation and new build projects across Los Angeles, Miami, Bozeman, and beyond — partnering with exceptional contractors, artisans, and tradespeople who share my commitment to quality, service, and detail. I especially enjoy working on second homes and vacation properties for thoughtful homeowners who crave distinctive interiors that defy the ordinary.
